Brisbane BOLD proposes doubling the 2032 legacy outcomes for the city in a cohesive urban corridor. In legacy, the concept establishes the new capital of our knowledge economy infrastructure, featuring 2000+ dwellings of affordable keyworker housing, a 'world's best' sports and events excellence corridor situated amongst 60ha of urban parklands, and establishing a broader macro cross-city green line connecting our hospitals and universities to the city centre.  This secure, contained precinct leverages both Cross River Rail and Metro infrastructure, and will catapult the city 20 years forward through a vision-led, citywide master plan, while offering significant savings and gross value add benefits.
