Mango Hill Urban Village (MHUV) proposes a rich, mixed use precinct of living and leisure anchored by a rail oriented workplace campus -Mango Hill’s destinational, place based employment centre.

Framed around a mixed use, lineal piazza this precinct combines a market responsive, large floor plate, post-Covid employment campus that establishes MHUV as a significant economic centre within the Subtropical Polycentric City Vision for Moreton Bay City.

The concept was developed in conjunction with the client. Following in depth site and context analysis, a number of provocations were developed and worked through in a workshop setting with the client team. From this, the key development drivers and vision for the site emerged and was developed to a final concept. The concept design was presented with visualisations, and backed by development data and yield estimates.
