Overlooking the Toowong reach of the Brisbane River, Riverpoint on Ferry is the third stage of multi-stage residential development by Stockwell. 

Comprising 50 units, these high-end apartments feature river views, extensive natural daylight and river breezes.

Archipelago provided design and construct tender documentation to the developer and remained engaged by Stockwell to provide advice and continuity throughout construction.

Our initial task was to reposition the existing scheme to reflect the evolution of market expectations and conditions since the initial approval. This involved substantial redesign of the internal apartment layouts, flipping of the building access / lobbies, redesign of the basement carparking areas and modifications to the external building facades.

A tense duality between ideal river views to the west, and ideal orientation to the north, led to a careful mediation through innovative operable facade screening adding to public realm appeal.
